Shopping with VEYEA

These terms apply to purchases and use of the VEYEA online store at www.veyeashop.com. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. Prices and any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not a shipping confirmation. If an item is unavailable or there is an issue with your order, we will contact you to explain the available options.

Products and handmade details

Please review each product description, measurements and care information before purchasing. Product colors may look different on different screens. Handmade pieces may have small natural variations in shape, stitching, placement or finish. Variations inherent to handcrafting that do not affect use are not considered defects. Actual damage or functional problems can be reported to us for review.

Some styles are limited or seasonal and may not be restocked. Availability can change. Our prices reflect the materials, craftsmanship and time involved in the pieces we select.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days; delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping to other countries and regions is coming soon. FedEx Express, when offered, requires an additional shipping charge. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Cancellation requests should be made within 15 minutes of placing the order and before fulfillment. Requests are reviewed under our Return and refund policy. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading information. Website content is provided for shopping and personal reference. Rights in product images, text, branding and other materials remain with their respective owners.

Your information

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy, including processing by Shopify and service providers needed to operate the store and fulfill orders.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already placed.
